With a commitment to excellence, I design and facilitate transformative learning experiences.

Here are two recent examples:

I worked with the Center on Culture, Race & Equity at Bank Street to build the CCRE Collective. This project was an online cohort-based program designed to enable teams from schools, districts, governmental agencies, and non-profits to reimagine and redesign inequitable systems. Through nine months of coaching, workshops, and a community of practice, we supported these education leaders in their journey to build inclusive and anti-racist environments where children, families, and staff of all backgrounds can thrive.

In partnership with JOIN for Justice, I helped to design S.E.A. Change. This innovative program trains Jewish congregations across denominations to organize for racial justice within and beyond their communities. Over the course of seven months, teams of clergy and lay leaders study racial equity and community organizing. They also assess their own congregations’ inclusiveness, build relationships with local community-based organizations, and work together across congregations to take action for justice.
